Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Terms of Service, by submitting your artwork/drawings, you agree to exclusively and irrevocably grant and assign in perpetuity all right, title and interest in and to such artwork/drawings to the producers of Draw Something for any and all uses by such producers, CBS Broadcasting Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, agents, successors and assigns, in their absolute and sole discretion.
